Seems to me that since the Roo is booking heavier bands (Tool, Clutch etc) that the Rollins Band could easily play a set....they've done tons of really eclectic festivals before, including a main stage spot on the original Lollapalooza tour (1991).
But that may be a bit of a stretch....on the other hand...
Rollins' spoken word shows are nothing short of amazing....he talks for two or three hours a night, never gets boring, and makes the whole room laugh their asses off with great stories about music and his political views (which are in line with the Bonnaroo masses)....I think a Rollins spoken word set could be a gigantic success.
Couldn't really see a Rollins Band show at Roo, but the spoken word sounds like a possibility. I'm sure it'd get a pretty decent turn out... where would he do it though? Sonic Stage?

Well in New York he usually sells a few thousand tickets to his spoken word shows....did like 12 nights in a row a few years ago....I would think the sonic stage would be way too small a venue...comedy tent would be perfect.
