Wow, I suppose I will be really conformist and choose Odelay. It's the album that really got me into Beck.
Other than that it's pretty much tie between Mutations and Sea Change. Then a tie between Guero and The Information. Then a tie between Midnight Vultures and Mellow Gold. I love several songs on Mellow Gold, it just has to much senseless filler. "Fuckin' With My Head (Mountain Dew Rock)" is one of my favorite songs ever though.
<3 Beck though, he is in my Holy Trinity of songwriters along with Bob Dylan and Tom Waits.

I'm a bit all over the place. for me it is like this:
1 Mutations 2 Guero 3 Mellowgold 4 Information 5 One Foot in the Grave 6 Odelay 7 Sea Change 8 Midnight Vultures 9 Stereopathetic Soul Manure (but Satan Gave Me a Taco is a classic track)

a mark of a great musical artist is when every album is unique and wonderful in its own way. Beck fits the bill. they are all good but Midnite Vultures is my fav

I can't believe hardly anyone likes Mellow Gold the most...I do. I think that whole cd is just genius...Steal My Body Home. <3
And what about Stereopathetic Soul Manure? It's a really odd cd. My favorite tracks on it are "Rowboat", "Putting It Down", and "Satan Gave Me a Taco".
One Foot In The Grave was also a pretty album.
But in order:
1: Mellow Gold 2: Odelay 3: Sea Change 4: Midnite Vultures 5: Guero 6: Stereopathetic Soulmanure 7: Banjo Story/Golden Feelings 8: One Foot In The Grave 9: Mutations 10: Stray Blues 11: The Information
Stray Blues is almost the same as Mutations...considering there are remakes of some of the songs. Banjo Story was his first cd in 1988 along with Golden Feelings, which was like a year or two later but combined. I would add in Guerolito but there really is hardly a difference between it and Guero.
