I think you're on the right track . . . Thursday is difficult because there isn't a headliner, so really you could consider all of Thursday to be latenight, since it usually starts up around 8pm.
My speculation is as follows:
Friday: MMJ | MSTRKRFT/Tiesto | Umph/Disco Biscuits | Superjam (I could see this being moved to daytime, in which case I would put !!! and Ghostland here)
Saturday: Phil | Lupe/Kweli | Sigur Ros | Robert Randolph's Revival

I study schedulotology religiously.
I am positive about almost all of my projections. The only things that could be wrong are: Umph might not share the tent with the Disco Biscuits. As I mentioned, Superjam might get kicked back to the daytime. Robert Randolph's revival - I know, Jason Crosby's (the organ player) MySpace page lists Sunday, but this could be for any number of reason. Perhaps he just listed Sunday because it's the last day of the festival, and he knows they will be there until then. Perhaps he listed Sunday because latenight Saturday is technically Sunday. It is also possible that he has another (still unannounced) Bonnaroo performance on Sunday (he does play with the Blind Boys of Alabama, as well as having a solo project). That being said, I would like to hope the RR's Revival is latenight, based on claims from his camp that the show will be "epic" (to me, "epic" implies a long show)and the fact that Randolph is the kind of guy who would gladly play all night for us.

I'm thinking...
Fri: MMJ, Disco Biscuits, Superjam, Ghostland/MSTRKRFT/Tiesto (If the Superjam is indeed moved to the day, I agree that it'll be !!! and Ghostland in that slot)
Sat: Phil and Friends, Sigur Ros, Lupe/Talib, and either Gogol Bordello or Zappa Plays Zappa (I'm holding to the schedule as we have it now, which lists Robert Randolph for Sunday. If they do play on Saturday, I consider them a much more logical choice than either GB or ZpZ.)

Gogol Bordello, in my opinion, cannot be a latenight. If you've seen their show, you know it's so absurdly high energy I don't think they could possibly go on for longer than the hour and a half or so that they do. With a lead singer jumping and sprinting around, and the rest of the band following suit, I don't think there's any way we'll see a long late night slot devoted to them, unless there's someone following them.

^ I could see Gogol being late night with someone playing after them....I don't know who, or really if it is even likely because unlike BonnarooDetective I do not study schedulotology lol...I would like to see GB late night for the simple fact that they ARE so high energy, it would be nicer to do that in the evening when it is cooler.....
And if even a portion of those listings for days are correct Saterday is going to be super tough
I'm pretty sure Gogol Bordello's non festival shows usually go for 2+ hours
They can and have. I think Gogol could play late night, but I can't miss their set, so I'm kinda hoping for a decent length evening evening set from them, just to avoid anymore conflicts at night.
Either that or have them close out a tent on Thursday, but I don't think they'll do that plus Gogol is playing Saturday, according to their site.
Don't hold your breath. Umphrey's is way to big of an act to play Thursday.
I would normally agree, but I am holding out hope that they are trying expand Thursday a little bit and have some bigger draws. I just hope they are late night wherever they end up. Another set like 2004 would be incredible.
I just noticed that Lupe Fiasco's Myspace page indicates that he'll be playing at 4pm. This is far from official, but some of us might have to re-speculate...
