I'm planning on purchasing some 16 oz plastic bottles of Budweiser to take into Centeroo. Though I look forward to enjoying the craft brews, as well, my budget dictates I bring some reenforcements. I've noticed lately that at many of the sporting events and concerts I've attended Budweiser and its family of products are being sold in the aluminum bottles rather than the plastic ones. Because I don't actually want to drink Budweiser, I'm hoping to purchase just a handful to take into Centeroo. I don't want to get stuck with the plastic bottles if vendors are selling aluminum bottles and vice versa. Any thoughts?
I'm going to see if my local liquor store can order a case or 2 of some good beer in cans or other non-glass container. I'll be sure to post here if I'm successful.

I've got a similar plan of action for the beer I intend to enjoy at camp. I know that there are bottled Bud products in Centeroo and I believe it was in the plastic bottles last year. Recently, I have observed vendors at concerts (both indoor and outdoor) and sporting events using the aluminum bottles rather than plastic. It's pretty easy to get the aluminum bottles, but if I want to get plastic I need to put in a request with my favorite liquor store or get it through a wholesale distributor.
Just a heads up - you won't be able to bring your own beer into Centeroo - no matter what kind of bottle they're in. The only beverages they let you take into Centeroo are unopened water bottles. You might get lucky and be able to sneak a couple bottles in - but they're pretty thorough about checking for that stuff. Sucks, I know. The beer inside Centeroo at least isn't outrageously expensive (for Bud anyway). The microbrews are a bit expensive of course, but they're worth it if you're only having a couple. Magic Hat #9 is excellent.

As my Inebriated buddy walks out of the Porto, he yells out, "Dude...I love this place...bonnaroo thinks about everything...they even put beer holders next to the toilet!"
Had to break it to him that that was the urnal. Good times good times!

I got into centeroo with a six pack of cans and got spotted with one right after I puled it out, and they confiscated my 6 pack. I am planning on buying a couple of six packs of Bud light plastic bottles his year. It depends who is checking at the gate if you can get it in or not. Its not that hard though. I might risk 3 at a time.
