ok. so here's the deal. a while ago i posted a thought about how i HATE when someone says they will call you back.. and then they dont. and you inforooers enlightened me to the fact that NOT MANY PEOPLE other than myself enjoy talking on the phone. i g uess thats why i alwaaaaaaaayyyyys call back. i love talking on the phone.
so heres my next question. how many of you alwayyyys respond back to an email or a myspace message? i feel obligated to respond IMMEDIATEly - if i know they can check to see if it has been read. i have even been known to write an email like.. "i read it and i will write back later when i have more time.." is this just me? How many of you read emails and leave the sender wondering........whatttttttt happpened?
I hate the phone. I don't answer it if I can help it. I don't call back. I rarely answer e-mails. I don't have a myspace page. I know, I am going to hell.....but read the caption under my avatar. Explains much ;D
I always respond to messages/emails and I always call back, unless there's a reason I don't want to talk to them. Even if its something that doesn't require a response, I usually do, because that's what I like. I think its just courteous, and makes other people feel like they're a priority.

I always try to call back, but sometimes I get distracted or something comes up and it completely slips my mind. Most of the time, people understand-- and because I know it happens to me, when people don't call me back when they say they will, I understand why. :]
i loathe talking on the phone at night... i will reply to an email eventually. although i have one email from dec 12, 2005 in my inbox from someone that found me on classmates.com. i keep telling myself ill write back. but i wont.
i never check my cell phone and rarely use it. i have a prepaid one from virgin.
i usually never call back. if they leave a message, i never check it. i'm sure my voicemail is up to 100 messages cus its been forever since i've checked that.
if they write an e-mail i write back when i get some time. so, if my response is going to be long, its usually going to take me a while to write back. as far as myspace//facebook goes, it depends what they said. i write back if i feel like it i guess. but, usually not.
I've got no problem with talking on the phone, if the conversation can be done in under 2 minutes. I don't text message... I fucking hate that. I don't have a Myspace or Facebook, because, I dunno, it kind of freaks me out... too much free information, most (if not all) of which should be private.
I use this place to talk music, and for the rest, I talk to my friends in person

I rarely call people back, but i always listen to a voicemail if they leave it and usually deem it as not important. I usually respond to emails pretty quickly, though. And yeah... I pretty much don't respond to any facebook/myspace messages. I'm probably a letdown for that reason... but meh

At work I LOVE getting emails/pm's from friends to respond to that have nothing to do with work I also like to write a lot, so that helps. But for the most, in general... I respond to things that seem to deem responses in as timely a fashion as the response demands. When i know someone's read something, well, I don't know what they were also doing at the time, so unless it was urgent, I know that they'll get around to me in time, I can't ALWAYS be the priority after all ... and as far as urgent, that's the time when I'll get aggressive about contacting the person... usually in person, if I can, or via phone, and if i get voicemail, a text along the lines of of "call me when you can, it's important" usually does the trick
And myspace/facebook... aside that I've learned most bands have a page where i can get their schedules, well, I'm really not sure what those places are ??? ... but then again, me and the druid have at least a few things in common... okay, time to go flip over the grooved plastic thing on the rotating table... now if only they could figure out a way put more music on something a little smaller...
I think I like Facebook because I'm a show-off. I get off on the idea of people looking at my pictures and such.
I text because sometimes you can't talk on the phone, like when you're at work or in class, but you still have something you need to say. I mean, I guess it could wait, but I don't know how people ever made plans before texting. And texting is also good for getting someone you like riled up
lordrockinhood, I think a lot of why I am good about "the message-back" is because I like to write too. And I'll be honest - a lot of times I like the sound of my own voice.
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun, and I say it's all right
Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here Here comes the sun, here comes the sun and I say it's all right
Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces Little darling, it seems like years since it's been here Here comes the sun, here comes the sun and I say it's all right
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes... Sun, sun, sun, here it comes... Sun, sun, sun, here it comes... Sun, sun, sun, here it comes... Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Little darling, I feel that ice is slowly melting Little darling, it seems like years since it's been clear Here comes the sun, here comes the sun, and I say it's all right It's all right
