I'll be driving from MA again and have always done the trip in one day (18 hours). This year, we'll be splitting the trip down and back into 2 days - getting a little old, unfortunately! Has anyone stayed in a good hotel along the way? I'm looking for clean, cheap and right off the highway. Also, is there a better way to get there than Interstate 81? We found a lot of traffic and construction last year. Thanks.
