I'd love for Leftover Salmon to be added. Their musical diversity really impressed me the first time I listened to them, they're definitely not your run-of-the-mill bluegrass band.
Or maybe The Gourds...anyone familiar with them? My roommate went to one of their shows at a bar in Asheville, said it was probably the most fun energy-filled show he's been to.
I would love Leftover, I saw Vince Herman and the Great American Taxi at a corn festival this past weekend and they were also really good, kind of a Americana dirty Lyric band. The gourds are ok for a minute but I usually start to feel they are cheesy after about 3 songs. That being said their version of Gin and Juice is tres excellent.

I asked he gourds if they were playing Bonnaroo about a month ago, and their response was "Bonnaroo is afraid of us". They Rock, I have seen them a whole bunch of times. If you are unfamiliar with them, they play the bluegrass version of Gin & Juice, last time it was 15 minutes long.
Perfect Bonnaroo band, but they have played there before.
