Wolf Parade's new CD leaked and, so far, I'm not sure how to take it... It's good, but it doesn't compare to "Apologies to the Queen Mary" or the Sunset Rubdown records.

I don't know. I like it. It's not a step in a crazy new direction or any real deviation from their last album, but that doesn't bother me at all. It sounds like what I would expect from them. It doesn't blow my mind, but doesn't disappoint me either.

Damn...I just bought the cd and listened to it with headphones....that's the way to go. I liked it before, but this takes it to another level. Definitely try it out if you haven't.
And of course a little helping of corn never hurts with them.
