I agree with the people that are suggesting torrents. The new Azureus is really good. Much easier to set up than the old ones. It also uses less bandwidth and gets much higher download speeds (not sure how that works, but that's been my experience with it).
I typically use ISOhunt.com for finding torrents. I've been able to find almost everything I've wanted through there. No porn ads either, which is refreshing
yeah like everyone else already said, I use torrents too. It took me awhile to figure it out though. Opening ports through my router and all that stuff was a pain.

The new Azureus seems to have done away with some of those hassles. It's definitely more user friendly now.
