I've heard that they make all the people in the audience leave after each show on the What Stage. Is it everyone in the crowd or just those in the front? Also do they do the same thing at the Which Stage?( clear it out?). Thanks!!
It is a fenced off area at the front of the stage - you stand in line to get in there for the show - after the show is over - they clear it out so that the next group standing in line can be up front
whats the distance from the fence to the stage? and at what time would you have to show up at the stage in order to be right behind the pit for the headliner?
The Pit Fence or the barrier BEHIND the pit? There's the Photo pit which is from the stage to the barrier of The PIT..the Photo Pit is for Photographers taking pics of the bands and security personnel....it's usually about 20-25ft deep for the main stages...MUCH less for the tents.....then there's a barrier that starts The Pit for the crowd for the What Stage....can't say HOW big that is....didn't really look that hard last year....and last year was really the first year they had it....it was pretty big though...I'd say it would hold several hundred peeps...maybe even a thousand or so....then another barrier and a "safety zone" for security personnel and then The Fence....
If you want to get right at The Fence and camp out...I'd say you'd probably have to get there within an hour or so of them opening up the area....cause people tend to camp out for those spots......you MIGHT luck out and catch someone leaving and move in....but you'd have to time it just right and be RIGHT behind them.....that's MUCH more likely at the smaller tents where the turnover is much higher than at the bigger stages.....especially right up front.
This word also has a underground meaning once you break it down. Let’s take “Bonn” for example and it actually turns into the word “Bone”. We all know gays use this word to describe the action of when they are fecal fisting their Cuban cabana boy at their sex bath house parties. Now let’s look at Roo, “Roo” is short for “Kangaroo”.So put the full true message together and you get“Bone a Kangaroo

I was at roo in 03 and 04 and don't remember any lineup for pit(I guess it wasn't there then) but where is the line exactely? Is it a fenced of area on each side or what? I'm mainly concerned with being in the pit for Panic. I also love Plant but am willing to sacrifice for Panic. Was thinking get in line for Panic's Pit as Plant starts his set. This should leave me time to get a spot for sure? I need details, I'm a little nuts about Panic and have seen so little of them the last 2 years so want to plan this part of my Bonnaroo experience well. Thanks for any bits of info that may help.
Yes....you would line up for Panic while the act before was on....I think they line up on both sides and let them in from both sides....pretty sure that is the case as I remember peeps running from both sides for the Police last year. So just go to the far left or far right front of the What stage during the act before Panic and you'll see where they are queing for the pit.....but not before then since they clear out after every act....
