Right On !! While we party & hear great bands OUR troops are in harms way. No beer or corn for them, just MRE's and the chance of an IED or RPG. Politics aside, OUR troops are there of their own choice = volunteers! Their storys seem alot different than what the media wants us to know. Form your own opinion, but I'll belive those that have "been there, done that" That said, they have my heartfelt thanks & gratitude!!
I just found out this weekend that a Marine friend of mine, who's been inactive for a couple years now, just got called up again, to do his 3rd tour. He's gotta go back to NC for a couple weeks of training then off to do foot patrols in Baghdad. He's not happy at all about it. My hats off to these guys and gals.
