French press and some half and half, thats the minimum i'll accept. but these are great too, they fit right over the mug. you can get away with a couple of charcoal brickets, some cinder blocks, and a splash of gas, but the kettle works fine on a BBQ

off the subject but still related to beverage refreshment.... does anyone know if those lighter power inverters can power a blender? I want frozen mixed drinks and I'm too lazy to pull out my blender and take it out to my car....anyone ever try??

Coffee is a MUST at Bonnaroo...what I did last year and am planning to do again this year is bring some Toddy. I work at a coffee shop so it's easy for me to get, but for those who don't know, it's just really concentrated coffee that you can mix w/ water or milk to make iced coffee or mochas and what not. Great stuff and easy to bring.

Don't know about the power inverter, but I did see a battery one at Costco. A frozen Margarita would be the bomb at roo.

I will be using the old standard metal percolator w/ some fine Jamaican Blue Mtn. or Tanzanian Peaberry. The french press is not a bad idea either, but remember, no glass so you'll need to go plastic on the press.

Not too sure what kind of inverter you have, but I've never had a problem with mine. I've seen some power hungry stuff ran on a small inverter, so you'll probably be ok. Just make sure the load the blender will draw is with in the load specified on the inverter.
