I just received an email from Bonnaroo that was sent out to all of the VIP ticket holders saying that we are getting 2 t-shirts per VIP package to be picked up at will call at the festival.
BUT, when I follow the link in the email and then try to designate the shirt sizes, I keep gettin an error that says "You must enter a value in the range 0-0" when I click submit. I have tried this numerous times in both Internet Explorer and Firefox and it does the same thing in both.
I was just wondering if any other VIP people are having this problem too.
I have tried emailing Bonnaroo but I just get an automated response and I cannot find a troubleshooting section anywhere on the Bonnaroo website.
I am getting the very same 0-0 error. It does not let me enter my size informatin either. For their sake I hope they get it fixed so they can have a better estimate of what size shirts are needed.
I also got that error in IE. I copied the link and tried with Firefox but it just went to the Bonnaroo home page when I clicked Submit Survey, no confirmation of any kind.
