My plan is to take $300 in cash, to be used on the grounds for food (probably 1 meal a day in Centeroo, plus some snacks here and there, LOOOOOVE Centeroo Food!), party favors, and I plan on hitting up the onsite music store.
In addition to that, I'll have my card to be used purchasing gas and groceries on the way down.
This is good...keep it coming guys... I've got food...just need to buy "main" courses like pizza and stuff in centeroo..and a beer here and there. Won't be buying "stuff" this year...just food, gas, and beer.

im taking out 2-300 cash and just use a card for gas and things along the way, saving all cash until i get inside.
im starting to kinda worry about food. my pre roo budget is pretty much run out, i need to save the rest for the drive and being there. meaning i am not bringing much food, and if it comes down to it i will not eat much if i feel its costing me too much.

I'm probably bring around 250-300 to be on the safe side but this will also be my first year buying party favors at a festival so im not sure how far thats gonna cut into my budget
4 days (at 1 meal a day in Centeroo and the rest at campsite) = $40 Beer in Centeroo (plan on drinking at the campsite mostly) = $40 T-Shirt/Stickers = $40 Corn = $80
Thats my budget...$200 bucks...Will probably eat 2 days exclusively at my site to save an extra 20 for corn
My girlfriend and I are taking $600 to be split e ways. Not counting gas on the way down and back. That goes on the card. I have gone with less but I like that comfort zone of not having to worry about it.
Last year my gf and I brought $500 between the two of us. We like to eat all the festival food, and flying in means we have to buy corn at the fest, so that always cost about 20% more than your local corn.

i'm bringing about $300, so i don't feel like I have to pinch pennies... I plan on buying food, party favors, and a t-shirt... but there's aways a lot of funky goods being sold and I might want to pick something up. Last year there was this guy selling hammock chairs and they were the most comfortable thing ever. I really regret not buying one last year.
disagree, totally. I had over a hundred left over last year.
well, i think you'll look at your wallet and spend more frivelously if it's still full and you have that kind of mindset... i know i'd be like, oh snap i still have $100 left, what can i blow this on?!

I ended up hitting up the atm on Sunday....there was a whole line of them all out of money, one had some cash left in it...as I approached someone else was approaching at the same time, they let me go first and I got the last 40 bucks out of the machine...awkward.
I'll be bringing about $400, $100 of it will be in my super secret stash belt along with my spare car key.
i have always taken around 300 but i never come back with ANYTHING!...i usually get a couple goodies for the kiddos and a tshirt and party favs of course....do some eating in centeroo....but yeah there are atms although i wouldn't count on that cause of the lines and the fact that they run outta money...
