What is the law on in dash tv screens? Here it cannot be mounted where the driver can see it. Now if it's not open or on, I'd say the cop would probably never notice it, but what is the actual law on this?

here are some stats from knoxnews.com regarding last year's festival....

"Here is a breakdown of the THP-issued citations during last year's festival:

-- 8 - child passenger restraint violations

-- 37 - safety belt violations

-- 2 - reckless driving

-- 7 - disregarding signal/sign controls

-- 29 - other moving violations"

....some of those numbers look a little low, but hope it helps....

I could've sworn i already commented on this but it appears not... those numbers are only vehicles going in and out of roo on the highway and in that area. No account taken for people once on the farm or people outside of the residing area.
