My friend and I are flying down on Tuesday! And we are super excited! It's our first Roo, so we are trying to prepare the best we can.
I need to know which entrance is closest to tent only? Because we are getting dropped off.
Also, I need some shade tent advice. Since we're flying we can't bring anything with us, so whatever we get has to be bought once we get there. Are there any alternatives to a shade tent/canopy thing? Since we have to carry all of our stuff ourselves, and set everything up ourselves I'd like to do whatever is easiest.
I think those are the only things I'm still unsure about. These boards have been SO much help.
So I'm gonna go make a list and pack my bags! Thanks in advance for any advice you have!
Check out the Helping Hands thread. A bunch of us are volunteering to bring stuff like shade and water for people flying in. Just pick a donor on the first page and PM them about what to bring and where to meet.
