Yes, but they often have VERY long lines and that's if you're lucky enough to find one that is not empty of cash. Plus you will pay a fee since it is not affiliated with your bank.
^^^Ya know - I have to say - I only encountered a line once in the last two years and never encountered a machine out of cash - but the fees are still there
I never had a problem with lines at the ones near the cinema tent. I did however get 100 out and nothing came out of the machine. But the company who does the machines reimbursed me so it wasnt a problem and thankfully it wasnt the last 100 in my account otherwise I would have been in big trouble.
I agree -- I've never had any issues. The key is to not wait until you need it to get it, that way you can just stop by one when you notice that there are no lines.
I had been warned about the machines running out of cash a few years back but maybe they've worked out that kink because I've never experienced it.
As far as the fees go -- yeah, you're kinda screwed there. The best way to mitigate that is to take larger withdrawls less frequently. (Better to take a 4% hit on a $100 withdrawl than a 20% hit on a $20 withdrawl, no?)
my mom always gave me the advice to stay away from free-standing ATMs. obviously if they are affiliated with bonnaroo it probably won't be a problem, but a lot of times almost anyone can set up one of those (and possibley take your info).in this day and age, its better to protect yourself.

I think the ATMs have been given such a bad rep about always being busy and unpleasant that everyone has learned to avoid them if possible, thus they aren't crowded anymore ;D
