What was the best food you had at Centeroo (or Bonnaroo in general)?
Due to a last-minute packing debacle, we had to leave our grill & grill food behind, but that meant we got to try lots of different food at Centeroo, which was cool. We wanted to find the Shakedown grill cheeses, but with two kids in tow, prolly best we didn't.
Everything we had was awesome -- pesto mozzadillas, arepas, shish kebabs, pizza, crawfish sausage po boys, crawfish pasta, shrimp wrap, and nummy Sabrett hot dogs.
I forget what they are called, but Tara introduced me to these fried Curry triangles in Centeroo. I had some awesome fried mushrooms over the weekend as well.
white chocolate bread pudding with white chocolate sauce - not what I expected to find in Centeroo but it was to die for - and the crawfish sausage po boy was on actual Gambino's french bread which made it that much better!

There was this Chinese food joint on the corner of Shakedown and some other street... holy crap that was awesome. Their Lo-Mien was absolutely amazing, some of the best I've had actually.
yes the chicken and cheese and the tofu Samosas were pretty tasty, provided they were not sitting there too long. The pastry shell would get greasy after awhile but the filling was still delicious gingery and curry spices for both and $3 was easy on the pocket also 2 were pretty filling. West Coast Wraps Chinese Chicken salad wraps were killer- had 2 of them.
I don't care what you say about me, just spell my name right---P.T. Barnum "As I was walking up the stairs I met a man who wasn't there He wasn't there again today I wish to God he'd go away."

My awesome neighbor Scott cooked the most amazing fish Thursday then Saturday we were talking about how people ruin steaks by putting all kinds of crap on them....10 minutes later he walks over and hands me the biggest, tastiest steak on the planet. that guy rocked.
