#1 I walked over to where Sigur Ros was playing during PJ's set and decided to go back to camp to rest and convince someone to see them with me, rather than camping out near the stage. I ended up under the tent near the soundstage and had the best time of my life, but I still regret being lazy about getting a spot for the show.

Kanyes late night disaster prevented me from seeing real music. Thats my main regret, i left Sigur Ros early and sat around in a field. It was a major buzzkill for all involved. Hundreds of dollars were wasted waiting for him to come on.
laying down too far out from the stage to hear sigur ros and then being late to ghostland.
also herecomesthesun we did the same thing! except our stupid friends got lost and we had to find them and then by the time we got back to our camp (in BFE, we were just too exhausted to go back for tiesto). our canadian neighbors went and said it was ridiculous.
Watchin' a stretch of road, miles of light explode. Driftin' off a thing I'd never done before. Watchin' a crowd roll in. Out go the lights it begins. A feelin' in my bones I've never felt before...

Getting overheated and missing Tegan and Sara as a result was a major disappointment. I was also sorry that due to the crush of the crown before Ben Folds and holding spots for friends I missed B.B. King.
Missing Saturday late night. We had been up rocking out to MMJ on Friday night - didn't get to sleep until around 6 a.m. Saturday morning. So we were exhausted all day on Sat. We decided we'd go back and take a nap around 8 p.m. and get up for the late night shows. Didn't happen - we slept all through the night. Woke up Sunday pissed off with myself about that.

I missed Thursday night because of their stupid day parking policy (you can't leave until Friday if you go on Thursday). I was not happy but had no choice. It happened last year also, but they don't seem to think it's important enough to change.

Deciding to wander off after sweating my ass off dancing with awesome gypsy chicks at Gogol...I ended up going back to camp and showering before latenight...but in the process I missed Ben Folds set but I did feel so FRESH and so CLEAN CLEAN.
taking a "nap" for late night during metallica and not waking up until 4 AM! sad i missed late night, but really not a regret, had too much fun to regret anything

The Kanye crap. What really sucks about that is that I had no intention of seeing him until that day when I heard about the Glowbots that never materialized.
In general I wish I had paced myself better. I would have seen more music.

Mmm after thinking about it, I also regret being a baby about the rain during MMJ and not staying for their whole set. I think I left after about 5 songs
I wish I had gone to see Phil Lesh and then met my friends at Kanye. Or gone over there once I knew it was going to be delayed. Waiting around for Kanye I just got too sleepy and couldn't stay for more than the first couple songs.
I slept from Jack Johnson, through Pearl Jam, to the start of Sigur Ros. I wanted to see part of Pearl Jam and get a good spot for Sigur Ros. That didn't happen. And then Kanye was gay. I really wanted to see his show, too, and I would have if the sun didn't come up half way through the performance.
This man came up to me just the other day, asked me I'd been born again. I told him, "I didn't think I had." That I had been rejected. But I think, Hell's got all the good bands anyway. And Bonnaroo.

Yeah, same here! I stayed for an hour and a half and left. And MMJ is one of my favorite bands. I heard some songs from my tent and I'm probably gonna see them at Red Rocks in August. So not all is lost, entirely
I also regret not staying longer for Sigur Ros' set. I saw about 20 minutes and couldn't hear all that well because we were kinda far away. It looked really cool, though.
Missing !!! - we were meeting a friend who was there for the day and the timing and location of their show just didn't work out well.
I would have really liked to have been closer to MGMT, Battles, & Vampire Weekend. I really wish they hadn't put them all on Thursday. We went to the vip party to meet some fellow inforooers but wasted time because we didn't expect there to be 30 or so % more vipers - food lines were incredibly long and it was hard to find anyone. By the time we got to This Tent we only caught the end of MGMT. The crowd was huge and because I was pretty tired from the day I didn't feel like fighting through the crowds to get a better spot. We decided to sit wayyy far back, but I realize now I should have just forced myself up there because I would have enjoyed it much more.
I hope that at least some of these bands play locally soon, so I can catch them then!

Missing Metallica b/c my gf was feeling very ill and leaving early from Robert Plant and Allison Krause so that we could get home. We ended up just getting a hotel outside of Knoxville, so we really didn't need to leave. Oh well, I still had a freakin blast.
