I know having a big name rap act with kanye this year didn't work out well... but lil wayne at bonnaroo 2009 would be awesome... assuming he would be sober enough to make it on stage there.
I think having a big name rap act is a great idea, it just didn't work out well this year, but someone like weezy or snoop dogg would be sweet.
Also, weezer at Roo would be sick. I've already seent them twice and their new CD is decent.

I like some old Weezer, but I've heard they are boring live. I'd rather have the band that they cover - Pixies. Or some punk like Wire or Bad Religion. As far as rappers go... I'd love to see Mos Def, or Black Star preferably. Ghostface would be cool too.

Pixies...right on. A Pavement reunion would be nice as well.
as far as rap goes, Which Stage Late Night (doesn't matter what night) needs to be Public Enemy performing It Takes a Nation of Millions... Also, they should book A Tribe Called Quest, Pharcyde, Pete Rock, Rakim, GZA/Genius (performing Liquid Swords preferably), and Deltron 3030.
I think snoop would be good at bonnaroo. Weezer would be fantastic (if this were 1994). These days they're nothing but minions for Geffin, and there music proves it.
You know, I'll admit, I'm not huge on most hip-hop these days, but I do like Lil Wayne... just not at Roo, and especially not after the fiasco that was Kanye. I think Superfly has learned their lesson about booking modern, mainstream rappers and putting them near the top of the bill. If they have to have some hip hop on the lineup, I say they should add someone like Wu Tang Clan, Dangerdoom or Immortal Technique. Now that'd be pretty sweet.
Weezer, however, I'd be all over that show. They would rock the shit out of Bonnaroo.
