Wasn't at '07 Bonnaroo, but I've seen Tool twice. My husband has seen them six times. I would rather see Tool again and have a feeling that Tool at Roo was better than Metallica.

They were both awesome, but the lasers at Tool absolutely destroyed any sense of reality I could grasp onto. Then Tom Morello came out and i was in some kind of War Of The Worlds movie. Metallica just rocked the place.
I didn't get to see Metallica at roo this year, but i've seen them before and saw videos of them at roo. Tool blew my socks off last year... best tool show i've ever seen, and i've seen them 8 times.

^^ Man am I jealous. You've seen Tool 8 times?? I feel lucky that I have seen them 3 times. I sure with they would tour a little bit more often.
I saw them on their last tour with all the Alex Grey artwork melting on the screens and the stage itself. Then the friggin laser show!!! Mind blowing doesn't begin to describe seeing Tool LIVE.
^yeah, Tool puts on one hell of a show... The only reason i went to see them so many times was to catch some of their rare live performance songs... and of course the one show i didn't go to with my all my friends, they freaking play "Third Eye!"

^^ Sorry about missing out on "Third Eye." Karma for your pain. I saw them play that song in Talli. The energy of the crowd was amazing.

I was on the ground durning most of tool, and I have seen them many times and they always do spectacular, so I voted for my favorite Roo performance ever (besides superjam 07) to Metallica.
