In Ghost Colours is my favorite album this year. Never fails to get my feet moving and my @ss shakin'. Saw them in a small bar/club back a few months, and they turned that place into a rave. I was soaked by the time I left.
YES! I have been saying this for months! I got into them back in 2004 and have been hoping to see them ever since. Unfortunately, I couldn't see them when they came to Boston in May, because I had a final exam that night. I was so pissed! They played Coachella this year, and were higher up on the bill than MGMT, Rogue Wave and Grand Ole Party, so they're probably already on Superfly's radar screen.
If you love In Ghost Colours, check out Bright Like Neon Love. It's their first album, pretty hard to find in the US, but if you hunt around or check out iTunes, I'm sure you'll find it. My BFF knows Dan Whitford pretty well, actually. Dan signed his sneaker, saying "Ash, you are the future" (because he's an up-and-coming musician in Sydney). Pretty cool, I thought.
LCD Soundsystem would be great, but even better (IMO) would be The Presets. Have them open for Cut Copy, and that would be an Australian dance party to remember!

Bright Like Neon Love is killer as well. I like In Ghost Colours better though.
If you like both of these check out a couple DJ mixes they have put out:
The first is called So Cosmic and was released by the band strictly as a download. Old soul funk feel to it.
The second is a release from the Fabric nightclub in London. It's called Fabriclive 29, and is much more electro-dance. Real quick tangent about the club. Their main dance floor is hooked into electrodes that pulse with the beat of the music. Which means you actually feel the beat throughout your body! This is very high on my list of places to visit if/when I'm ever in London.
Both are absolutely sick! I'm without a computer at the moment or I would post sendspaces.
