I went to a sweet festival this past July. It's been going on since 1979. It's really small but so laid back it's worth checking out. It takes place every July (end of the month) in Oil City, Michigan. 4 days long with a great free potluck dinner on the Wednesday before. The bands are usually small and unknown but are as good as any of the "big" bluegrass/gospel artists. Check it out.
