Just under 6 days till College Football starts another WONDERFUL season...and my beloved Tigers are picked preseason #1 in the SEC Western Divison...which will be their death knell most likely Looking forward to the new no-huddle offense this season...and they are supposed to have the second fastest team in the country this year

^^^LMAO!! Of COURSE you had to say it bama sis! What would Football Season be without THE RIVALRY?? It may have gotten a bit predictable of late....but it's ALWAYS THE GAME for peeps around these parts no matter what the tally is!

I'm always the one that bring Pro football into this discussion but I can't help it. The Vikings are finally coming to Nashville to play the Titans (1st time ever). Any Roosters going be sure and stop by the Nashville Norsemen Tailgating event in the Ramada p[arking lot (Ramada at the stadium) I'll be the Viking fool in charge.

It's ok Auburn fans, you seem to have forgotten about the date that y'all have Spet. 20th with LSU. We took it to those D-1AA back to back to back National Champions App. St. No Michigan here, as LSU whoops up on App. St. 41-13. The running backs ran the ball very well, Charles Scott had 160 rushing, Hatch was the 2nd leading rusher with 43 yards.
Btw, how bout this kid Hatch? He was a former QB at Harvard, left there and then followed Gary Crowton to come to LSU after a year, and is now a starting QB for LSU, the defending National Champions. This kid had got a great head on his shoulders, he plays very smart, and seems to be doing the little things right.
Auburn fans, y'all can keep on thinking you are going to win the West, but that will change as soon as you play them boys from LSU. Geaux Tigers!
ohhhh and Roll Tide....right off a cliff!

EDIT: Oh...and btw....ESPN Gameday is gonna be broadcast from Auburn on Sat! ;D That seems to be good luck for us....I think we've won all the games that have been played after having Gameday on the Plains....
I was wondering where a thread for College Football was. This is seriously the best time of the year to me. NFL can't even compare to College Football in my eyes. This saturday is gonna be some good football. LSU-Auburn, UGA-Arizona St, and Florida-Tennessee. I'm definitely looking forward to that UGA-Bama game next week.

If I were a gambling man...I've learned my lesson never to make any bets on the teams that you actually root for. I only bet on teams that I have no feeling towards.....whenever you bet on your own team, they always lose, at least for me
yeah... its a good thing LSU is playing at Auburn and unfortunatly for them there will be 87,000 fans cheering against LSU. Two years ago we won 7-3 at home when gameday was there! I believe we will win this game and send the LSU tigers home crying! This is what SEC football is all about!

I think this is definitely a down year for the Hogs....
And Nola...I hear you on the betting thing....emotional betting NEVER works out well....
And don't count Auburn out....it's the games no one THINKS they can win where they pull out all the stops and bring it (FL, LSU, TN....they've ALL learned to never sell us short! ;D) Then...we go and lose to a South Fl or Louisiana-Monrore or some crap....
Which is why I was perfectly happy with last weeks win at Starkville....in the BCS it's all about the W's.....no matter HOW you get 'em!
