I was just wondering what the name of that camp was cause i see you guys naming them. It's the one over that wooden bridge thing, pretty far out, and there was this thing i'm not sure what it was, but if anyone has pictures of this camp or the thing i;m talking about or could give me a link toit thatd be pretty bomb
It was over the bridge and there was that little modern art deal with the pieces of cloth you could paint? and if you kept walking out you would end the road at porta-potties and then after a few hundred feet of camp was woods? That was where I was, it was Dr. No. Its in the bottom right corner of the map pod 9.
Pu55y Galore. That's where they toss all of us that show up on Wednesday night. A little more walking to your weekend but you get to set up camp in the cool of the night instead of the boiling sun. (The first -- and only -- time I set up during the day was 04 and the thermometer in the car topped 100 degrees.)

alright well i got there wednsday night so i guess thts where i was, does anyone hae pictures of that thing or the cmp in general, i was near the texas volunteer truck, the one with th orange flag

OMG they let you come in on Wednesday night? We got there pretty early (5am) thursday morning, but i'd be totally into getting there as early as possible so that i could get some sleep before the "festivities" begin...
They started letting people in at around midnight on Wednesday...I was asleep in vol camping and everybody was definitely noisy!
Most people who come in on Wednesday stay in the Walmart parking lot beforehand, though.
Yeah, it's really just a matter of priorities. I don't go back and forth much, usually just leaving for Centeroo around 11 AM and back to my tent around 5 AM, so I don't mind being down there. I like the area -- it's pretty quiet and there is a bit of shade to be found. They even added showers two years back.
For those of you that go back and forth a lot, though, it's probably worth the wait at WalMart and setting up in the sun.
I think I was right by you, cause I remember a Volunteer flag being one of the landmarks I used to get back to camp. You meet any peeps from GA? might have been us. I agree that the camp was totally awesome, good vibes all around all weekend, but when that gate by the What Stage wasn't open it was a bitch to walk aaaaaall the way around Centeroo a few times a day.

we met a few people from georgia, they were all in the same group, the kid had a huge red mohawk and used a cigarette holder like hunter s thompson... are you that guy? or do you know him? he had a friend called noodles
I'm pretty sure I went over some sort of bridge too, though I don't think it was your one. I got lost coming back from Centeroo on Friday night. My campsite was at Camp Clubber Lang (or possibly Camp Adrian), at East 2nd St and 4th Ave. If you look at a map, you'll think, "how the hell could you get lost going from Centeroo to your tent?" Well, I did. Friday night, I had a few beers and bowls of corn. After I had seen 45 minutes of MMJ, 30 minutes of MSTRKRFT, almost all of Superjam and half an hour of Tiesto, I decided to go back to my tent. For some reason, I thought I was at East 4th St and 2nd Ave, not East 2nd St and 4th Ave. Now, If you look at a map of Bonnaroo grounds, you'll notice two things. One, there is no East 4th St., and two, the intersection where East 4th St and 2nd Ave should meet up is pretty far out there. Yeah, that part of the night kind of sucked, but otherwise, it was a friggin' awesome time.
