^^very true. It's also the reason why the pizza dough there is so much better. I was talking to the guy at my favorite pizza place in Boston, and so far the only place I've found that does a really authentic NY style pizza - he told me they actually ship the water in from New York.

It may be the best at the source, but when it gets run through ancient pipe systems like the ones in my slummy building... not so tasty at all after that, even if you filter it ... but it's not the water's fault of course
I want one of the cool sigg bottles they're making.
