maybe instead of getting huge headliners they are taking a different approach by trying to have an overall more balanced festival with more awesome middleweight acts. cause apart from the headliners... the lineup is pretty effin sweet IMO
Death Cab For Cutie Thievery Corporation (Live) Dashboard Confessional The Pogues • Matisyahu Flogging Molly Broken Social Scene Robert Randolph & The Family Band The Faint Cold War Kids Girl Talk Chromeo Mute Math George Clinton & Parliament / Funkadelic Tortoise DeVotchKa
These are the bands that would make me excited - now if I can have them at 'roo with the addition of Les Claypool and of Montreal - then I will be happy

these arent expensive headliners. maybe langerado is preparing for the harsh economic times and not really expecting that big of a turnout. just throwing a bit of a smaller festival. i can roll with it. yeah the headlining acts are not BIG but i heavily enjoy Snoop and Thievery Corp.

mehsauce but there are some great bands on that lineup, dont get me wrong, just nothing that screams "I NEEDA SEE THAT I NEEDA BE THERE". the difference last year was that the lineup was just soooooooooooooo deep, and the venue was soooooooooooooo sick.
i dont really care all that much its not like i was going to go anyway. ..... tis just the initial lineup though. much more to come and maybe an awesome headliner with it
for me this just isnt worth it at all, as in ticket price, plus plane plus hotel plus late nights and dealing with miami at spring break. I mean there are some good bands on their but all the bands on there that I would wanna see I have seen before and will prob be playing new york in the future.

yeah with this line-up it seems like they are going for a smaller festival feel. Maybe they aren't expecting many people to travel from out of state this year to attend the festival.

There's probably not too many of the 120s to go around, so it'll probably top 150, definitly after fees. With all the other costs, most of us are looking at $500 for a really good undercard of bands.

I agree with Chico in that I don't think the lineup is all the bad, I mean Bad Brains, George Clinton...the Pogues!! The ticket price isn't that bad either...
That being said, I'm still not going cause Miami......it's not a bad lineup but it's certainly not worth a plane ticket/hotel/car rental
