RRFB is their annual run of holiday shows.
Dec 26th - The Chance - Poughkeepsie, NY Dec 27th - The Electric Factory - Philly, PA Dec 30th - The National - Richmond, VA Dec 31st - 9:30 club - Washington DC
I'm hitting up both Philly and 9:30 club, and am super stoked. I can only imagine what spending NYE with Robert will be like. Soulive is opening for them in the Philly show (I know, awesome!). Neal Evans will probably play keys for the Family Band (now that Jason is gone ). But Soulive has separate tour dates on the 30th and 31st, so I have no idea who will play the organ at those shows, which is exciting.

^ Neal Evans did not play the keys at either of the shows I attended.
Another gentleman, also named Neal, played organ in Philly. On NYE, Ray Ray (who occasionally plays rhythm guitar for the band) took over at the keys, but they did not use the organ as prominently as in the Jason Crosby era.

Ray Ray did a good job, and at one point he let loose on a really jazzy solo. However, as I mentioned, the organ was not featured as much as in previous Randolph shows. I would imagine they are still looking for a full-time replacement for Jason. Their only current tour date is Langerado, and with a new album nearing completion, they will probably take the next few months to get things together.
