If is an important word to remember, none of this has been confirmed just highly rumored.
Rolling Stone posted that a week ago. Since then, there hasn't been a peep from AC, superfly, or the Phish camp about its potential inaccuracy. Last year it took them a matter of 2 days to deny the Zepp rumor. Tickets are on sale to boot. I'd say it appears to be on.
