we camped in some fiend's front yard in 04'. It was called "walkabout". pretty nice camp, but it had what seemed to be a long walk to the deer creek. but it seemed like it had a really nice vibe going throughout 146th street.
Did anyone go see Radiohead this year there? did they offer camping or did you happen to look & have no luck?
It would be a sin for Deer Creek not to have camping anymore.
Well just get all your friends to show up early at ticketbastard cash in hand on the 30th. I didnt do it for Hampton but I considered bribing a Krogers clerk with an extra 20 for every hampton ticket they could get me. I bet this would still be effective they are there before the tickets go on sale and if they have some incentive I bet they could get some tickets. Since everyone tries online these days and jams it up, plus it takes time to request online even if you are ready. I think this is a pretty viable option for someone bound and determined to get tickets.
as long as you try right when they go on sale i think you''ll be able to get tickets for the larger venues, your tickets just wont look as cool as mine.

^I am pretty sure, if not at this point Bonnaroo will be an epic fail, and I am a pretty hard core Bonaroo supporter . AC producing a special show the day before pretty much spells it out for me.

I requested tickets to Asheville for yous guys but I was shut out as well. I figured I would try and do my part though.
If Phish is not at Roo at this point, I think you are all right in it being a huge fail. There has been so much leading up to it, and pointing towards it, that it would be such a huge letdown.

I'm not a huge Phish fan but I know the guy who works security for Thompson Boiling Arena in Knoxville so I think I may just work security to see the show in case they don't play the 'Roo. .....YAY!!

The only thing that could assuage "no Phish at Roo" would be "reunited full line up Pink Floyd". But we all know they'll be there. Knoxville will sell out on the 30th and the remaining southerners who couldn't get in will have no choice but to buy Bonnaroo tickets.
I'm in for the first 2 Hampton shows and Bonnaroo. Didn't try for additional Summer dates. I've heard unreliable rumors of a July 4th Atlanta run, but I have no doubt they'll come this way at some point this year. Maybe October 31st?
