So to me this means listen to radio bonnaroo and find out. The next radio clue was:
"The one half .... has involved revolved devolved and evolved. No Devo is not playing Bonnaroo. The other half of split personality is the social networker"
I dont think this angle has been looked at yet.
And another thought: if we are looking at the possibility of this being related to people on the boards, are there two people who are linked somehow? one who is a social networker and the other who has evolved? well, he just told us that he is evolving .... so who is his counterpart? the social networker?

I Think I Smell A Rat.....I serously think this means he has a spy or something of that sort on the board here...
Either leading us on in some parts or actually helping us....but I think its katerade...just the timing on her posts and the contained... too suspicious

Hmm, yeah, the personality leaving = splitting thing could be the answer to the riddle. That definitely makes sense.
And yeah, I don't want to forget about the reference to me being sooo close either. Mostly because I'm SO FREAKING EXCITED that I got my own clue ....but also because, hey, I was close! That was in response to my idea about the loudest barker being someone on here....but I was sooo close but yet so far.
BUT do we know for sure that is the exact thing he was saying you were so close to?

So we tune in and what does he tell us, he tells us that one part involved, devolved, etc. and the other part is a social networker. He gave us the answer, well he gave us another riddle we just have to figure it out. I really don't think it relates to someone on the board. I think it is about a band that went through splits and changes and whatnot and they will come together at roo. I think at this point we have branched too far from the original point.
Although, can we really branch too far?
But then what do we make of the fact that he said plastic was sooooooo close when she said the dog (ie the social networker) was an inforoo member? he said she was close ... almost stepping on the dog poo. so maybe she is close in proximity in the thread, but far in actual distance?

I thought Mr. Zimmy was somebody else? All the stuff about him just being the messenger.....but maybe I'm wrong.
As far as the bit about me being close....the comment about me almost being stepping on the dog poo seems to say that I was close with my idea about the dog being one of us. I did say other things in that post, but nothing too important...and I wouldn't have been stepping in the dog poo if I was close to something else anyway.

See thats what I was thinking too...about the spy last year....
We must of had one beacuse some were just too friggin easy(Mettalica,Pearl Jam,Plant/Krauss(if i remember correctly))....and some we still didn't figure it out....
These clues are the whole thing that finally got me to join Inforoo cause I've been on here for years, just last years cluse were too exciting and this year I must join in ;D

Oh that is a strong possibility! AndI most certainly believe that there is someone on the boards in cahoots with djjd, and I see the relevance, but at the same time I don't.
Because it doesn't matter who says it, no one is 100% convinced that any one person has the answer to all the clues. So it would be kind of hard to sway people one way or the other.
This thread is like a whole new world, regardless of how logical an idea is most people already have their answer, whether they disclose it or not, and other theories are taken into account but I don't think many people actually change their minds.

Also I have to point out that I just noticed I had two PMs I hadn't seen and for a split second I freaked out wondering if I was the spy and I just didn't know it.
So I guess I'm the only one not enjoying the clues as much this year?
For me, they are too scattered and intertwined. They're on multiple threads, they're on the radio. Some refer to others. And none of them definitively have an answer.

Damn this thread was on page 25 this morning! Alright before the first person posted the bit about the Dead and warren being the social worker, that is exactly what i was thinking. Since a couple people mentioned floyd I would def like to touch on that.
What happens when you personality leaves? you god mad! ( Syd Barret "left" Pink floyd) thrown out, but he was the personality. All there songs deal with syd leaving/going insane. That band has also involved revolved devolved and evolved. Only nick mason has been on every pink floyd Album.
Involved= reunited for live 8
Devolved losing syd breaking up in 80's
Evolved= multiple times especially when roger waters left and Gilmour had to lead the last two albums.
also some one mentioned a clue dealing with split personality= alot of there songs dealt with syd split personality of him going insane.

i couldn't resist i am new to this board and had to say a clue...i talked to michael menert of pretty lights, they toured with sts9..word is pretty lights and sts will be on the bill this year

LOL look at us! We're all insane! And we're all turning on one another! And it's only the first real day! Oh man....welcome to the crazy fest, I am personally glad I have a front row ticket.
That being said why would we need to know who the spy is? Are they going to help us? Or is this just taking away precious time that could be spent figuring out the lineup before it is announced?
