my decision was based solely on the fact that I've seen both Brett Dennen AND the Disco Biscuits a couple times a piece. The Pine Box Boys are freakin incredible if you havent heard of em, go check em out!!!!!! I also don't think they will come around anywhere close again any time soon.

I've never heard of them.... but they're playing at foobar? What an odd choice of venues. I'd prefer The End-- in its disgusting glory-- to seeing a show at foobar.

they come but its very sporatic, and usually in one big wave where you cant afford em all or they fall on same night. its frustrating when you eat/sleep/breathe quality music.
Roofan is suffering from irrational exuberance I am afraid. Dude Yazoo will be closed and it is gonna be cold in that courtyard. Got Teine signed up so we are gonna have a crew.
pine box boys were phenomenal. uberly talented. few friends said they were a little disappointed with the brett dennen show mainly due to crowd. anxious to hear how bisco fared.
I really enjoyed the Bretty Dennen show, but the crowd didn't seem very in to him. Lots of cutesy girls in leggings, and bud-light drinking frat guys, and LOTS of talking during his set. But Brett himself was awesome and adorable He'll make a great addition to Roo! I can see him in a lazy afternoon set.
