This is exactly the case. I think the made a deadline of Jan 9th to decide. Bu the court decision today will pretty much seal the deal. Just waiting to hear the outcome

I posted this elsewhere, but i put it here too. AEG and Madison house filed a motion to secure a lease for the land from the trustee. So basically, no matter what happens with ownership, the lease would be locked in. Today a judge approved it. Now they just need to secure a permit from the township. That meeting is tomorrow, and they aren't expecting any problems. Looks like Rothbury 09 is a go.
