I think that Boris would be a good fit for a heavier band at Bonnaroo. I would anticipate that Bonnaroo would be more likely to have eclectic and talented heavier bands (like The Sword and Mastodon last year) and Boris are eclectic and blur lines of genres. Some of their material may be too noisy (like Merzbow) for some Bonnaroo attendees, but I would also imagine that there would be some who would be drawn by Boris' aesthetic. Also, it would certainly be cool to watch a heavy band with Asian members at Bonnaroo. I would certainly be very excited to see Boris perform at Bonnaroo and I would make sure to catch their set.
I would like to see them play with Michio Kurihara again as I inexplicably missed that when it came through the states last time. Four of the local music critics that year voted it best live show of the year.
