Nice job with this Sangreal, seems pretty logical with the new info.
If the schedule is anything like this, it is REAL Friday heavy for me. Late night Phish, African stage, Badu, TVOTR, Animal Collective are some of my biggest priorities. I would need to somehow muster up the energy to go strong from noon-4am on Friday and then take the rest of the weekend to rest up as necessary for Sat. Late night, David Byrne, Andrew Bird and more Phish.
Here's hoping some of the info is innaccurate and that Friday gets spread around a bit.
for most of it, the days they are performing has either been confirmed or put together using the other info we have. but the actual set times is mostly my doing. just trying to guess what it will look like. i keep changing it.
I like it. I think less people are apt to leave on Sunday now as well.
i will still leave early, probably. especially if i watch the phish late night, i probably will not want any more. but you're right, i think a lot more people would have been leaving if it were bruce on sun.
Just got the email that Phish is closing out bonnaroo!!! I didn't see that coming. Damn, if anyone knows how to close out a festival it would have to Phish!!! Friday night is late night which gives them all of Saturday to just walk around and jam with whoever, including Mule!!
I wish we could know more about Thursday at this point, because I need to decide whether I want to take off of work Thursday or Monday now, or both...
do both. if you only do one......it doesn't matter which one.......you will hear about the great things that happened on Thursday/Sunday. it'll be worth it

The festival has just confirmed some of the details regarding performance dates, revealing that Phish will deliver a late night set on Friday and later bring the event to a conclusion on Sunday night. Bonnaroo also has announced that Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band will be headlining on Saturday evening. The four-day fest, which will take place from June 11-14 in Manchester, TN also has confirmed: the Beastie Boys, Nine Inch Nails, David Byrne, Erykah Badu, Paul Oakenfold, Ben Harper and Relentless7, Wilco, Elvis Costello, moe.,The Mars Volta, Gov’t Mule, Andrew Bird, Al Green, Merle Haggard, The Decemberists, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Galactic, Citizen Cope, Femi Kuti and the Positive Force, Allen Toussaint Coheed & Cambria, Booker T & the DBTs, Toubab Krewe and many, many others with tickets still available.

I can assure you with 100% certainty that as of last week it was Beasties into Phish Friday, Bruce Saturday, Phish Sunday. This is from someone high in Superfly. Its certainly possible that this could have/will change at some point, but that was how it was set
I only told you this 3 weeks ago...now maybe people will listen to THE INSIDER

I understand how you could confirm that mars volta is playing saturday because of the date on their touring guide... but how are you confirming the time.
I was hoping for more of an evening show... 2 hours is cool, but i was hoping it would be later on in the night.
Also, im sure this is already been answered but ill give you guys more stuff to post about. How much time usually between sets? Granted there are alot of bands you didnt put in your setlists, but just wondering how much time is between sets so i can know how much time i have to run around.
^ If you go to the official Bonnaroo website you can see schedules from prior years. The format is typically the same each year, however, it looks like we'll have late nites on the What Stage both Friday and Saturday this year. The Tent and Stage shows during the day will be pretty much the same format as in prior years in terms of time in between each act

It makes perfect sense. If Phish played on Saturday that would mean they'd be playing two days straight. No way Roo wouldn't break it up a little with a day in between.

I love this schedule for two reasons. One, because it makes sense, but also because it doesn't have many conflicts.

Idk if its been put out there already but since phish is off on Saturday I'm seriously thinking that trey and maybe mike or someone else would be in the superjam. To me the gap in a day has superjam written all over it!

which party will you choose. Obviously phish for me, dissapointing to miss oakenfold however
