Superfly says they can't answer any of the questions that are about tickets that you've already purchased, upgrades to VIP, companion/RV passes, or anything like that. all of that is handled by a company called MusicToday, but ive been hearing that they take awhile to get back to you if you email them. boo ticket problems.
Also, the post office will forward all your mail for something like 3 or 6 months. You just have to sign up for it. Just in case Bonnaroo doesn't get you request correct.

The actual time they will forward your regular mail is 12 months. You can also change it online at their site for $1 with a valid CC.
