Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
if i do dress up, i'm going as a 2 ball. so i will need recruts. i'll need the 1 ball, 3-15 balls, the que ball and a que stick. just use an xxl t-shirt that matches the color of your ball and put a big # on it. for the stripes, use a white T and put the correct stripe on it. the stick is just a brown xxl t-shirt and a blue hat. we all "rack up", the stick runs and hits the que ball, the que ball runs at the #'s, breaks us up and we all run in all directions!! sound like alot of work but its really not. it would be so much fun to "play pool" at roo! if this happens, 1000's of people will have another sweet memory of roo!

This will be my sophmore Roo. I missed the 2005 Ball but I'll be at this years. Other than a must have costume (we're thinking about Jesus and the Apostles) is there anything else I should know about it? Do you just show up? Thanx ahead of time for any advice.
I've sent in my application to the Real World. So I'm hoping to hear back from that. I'm putting A LOT of my eggs into that basket, the MTV basket. I'm also thinking about getting a gun, and dealing crack. Being a crack dealer. Not like a mean crack dealer, but like... like a nice one. Kinda friendly like, "hey, what's up guys? Want some crack?"

I wanted to be Papa Smurf, but the blue paint would be bad idea at 'roo.
From the Bonnaroo Buskers description, you might have a chance to get dyed professionally.
"This year's buskers include Miss Lolly Pop and her burlesque coterie, Lost Lunar Vaudevillian Troupe, Modern Gypsies, Human Coloring Factory (where willing participants will be dyed various colors), the human powered Bonnaroo Bus for Buskers, The Roovians, Neon Characters, the amazing fire and light performers, Dr. Entomology, magicians, stilters and a moveable stage. And that's just a sampling of the characters with whom we'll commune this year!"

I've never done the masquarade ball, but I am seriously considering doing it this year. We have a large group attending and I thin I could get 3 friends to go in on some Residents costumes if I make the eyeballs for all of us. For those of you who have know idea WHAT I'm talking about, these are the resideints (c. 1979)
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it
So, I am thinking about getting this for the masquerade: tinyurl.com/2n3mqx
What do you guys think? too creepy?
How in the heck do you have a swig of beer in that... or go to the b-room?? scary, scary, scary.... I would scream if I saw you... a girly scream and run... but it is super cool!

What time does the Ball usually begin. I know it's saturday night, but does it start right at midnigt w/ the latenights or does it start later. I want to go, but I don't want to miss the Flaming Lips.

I have not and probably wont make one but if I did I think I would wire up some LED's all over it so I was sure to light up and look sweet in the dark.
Okay, I need some help here. My boyfriend and I want to go as Hare Krishnas, but I dont want to offend anyone. Does anyone think this would offend anyone or do I just worry too damn much??? Thanks for input or advice - I love ROO and dont want to be a jackass or offend anyone, just want to have an awesome time!
Just wondering... This is my first time at roo and I know weapons aren't allowed, but what about fake ones for costumes? I'm considering a gangster moll costume but if I can't bring a tommy gun, what's the point?
