I think that is specifically for blogs...not circulation for hard-copy newspapers/mags.....that would be a decent circulation for a local paper in a small town...but not much for a regular internet blog....and it's harder to PROVE regular internet readership...you usually don't sell subscriptions or ads....like you do for a newspaper or magazine....it's easier to fake something like that....for someone computer savvy anyway....
I wouldn't worry about "guest camping." We prob had one of the best spots in all of Bonnaroo last year. We were front row, across the street from the Arch in tent only. Most amazing spot ever... Took a LONG time to hike all of our stuff to our spot early Thurs morning, but so worth it!
