For the Les Claypool fans in the house, I finally found one of my camera's that I thought was lost. Here are some images I took while backstage. Enjoy.
Is it just me or does the crowd look really effing bored in several of those pics? It made me a laugh a bit because I know that show was anything but boring.
That show was one of my favorite of the entire time...it's when my entire group bailed on me- no flippin' way I would miss the Colonel though, so I soloed it. It was fantastic, if it rained when he was playing precipitation like I thought it would I might have spontaneously combusted, I was getting chills.
I gotta ask though- HOW THE HELL DID YOU GET ON THE STAGE?!
Ahhh the only disappointment of bonnaroo for me is that Les was on the allgood lineup and not the 'roo..I hope he comes in late like last year I would be so happy.

Those new pics are good as well. Oh boy I really hope he gets added. After buying my ticket the only other way I can get my dose of the colonel is in NYC next month(or allgood ha), and I just don't know if I can afford it.

Hey I got tickets to see Les in Toronto (I believe the show is in April). Can anyone suggest an album or two? Basically I'm looking for a combination of stuff he mght play, but also just some good albums in general.

Of Whales and Woe- for sure to be played. I'd check out Highball and Purple Onion too.
If you wanna see stuff that might be played, listen to some Primus, in case he does a tease- S-s-s-s-southbound pachyderm.
