It looks like it has walls on the two sides nearest the campsites. Then again, I'm not sure how accurate their map art is...
This Tent and The Other look further away from each other, and This Tent also looks closer to the Which Stage. But I'm not sure because their map art isn't always super accurate.

That's how it looks to me as well. Should help with sound bleed if accurate.

It's funny how every map discussion about Bonnaroo sounds like the classic "Who's on First" Abbott and Costello routine...

i def agree the map isn't super accurate per usual but i don't think the other is any indication of what it will look like as the which stage doesn't really look like that at all
So looks like "The Other" is a redesigned tent and not a completely open stage?
The terrible map drawing of The Other looks like what What and Which would look like if you turned them around, which is what leads me to believe it is indeed an open air stage.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
looks like they moved the Broo'ers festival slightly and then had to move Hamageddon.
I wonder if the This Tent orientation is accurate. If so, I would think it will increase the sound bleed issues between This and Other but decrease them between This and Which/Miller.
Combining the Cinema and Comedy into one tent provides more room for activites
And half as much cinema and air conditioning.
I'm not sure if I see this as a huge loss. The cinema tent didn't hold very many people to begin with. If they're using the comedy theater that means more people can make it into some of the more special screenings. It also doesn't seem like they cut down on the comedy acts.

No, the comedy offerings seem about the same so that's why I didn't mention that one.
But the nice thing about the cinema tent was that it was dark, cool and you could pretty much just pop in for twenty or thirty minutes just to recharge. The options for that are more limited now. Plus, there will be less competition going on throughout the farm which means that it will be harder to get in.
Can someone tell me where family camping is now located ? And do they still allow RVs or pop ups in family camping?
We didn’t go last year, but from what I can tell, it was by Pod 7, near Groop Camping and The Grind/The Grove. It’s tended to hover around Pod 7 recently, I think. It’s considered a Community Camp now, so look for that on the map if you don’t see it clearly marked this year. I don’t think it’s an RV area; all of the GA RV’s have been off to the west toward the Highway entrance in recent years.
I did see you now have to register for Family Camping. No details yet on that, but I’d guess it’ll be on the website eventually.
