You could try going to a grocery store/WalMart/somewhere like that and using cash to buy one of those prepaid Visa/Mastercard things. That way you could pay for it on the spot and still be able to use a card to get your tickets.

^good call. Also, banks usually sell them. They are gift cards by visa and mastercard, and are excepted everywhere. Alot of people get these instead of travelers checks if going out of the country.

^^ Yep. Those things are great. I work at a bank and we have the visa giftcards, they're good anywhere Visa is accepted. The only crappy things about them is there's a 4.95 fee for each one, and they aren't rechargable, if you want to put more money on the card, then you gotta buy a whole new card. And for most, the limit is $500.
The other pic made me laugh every time I saw it with that crazy mixed up expression.
