Officially halfway mark. I’m fitting into old shirts that wouldn’t button and my wedding ring feels way looser. I’m not there but I’m taking this small victory.
I should hit my target weight by III Points and I’m so incredibly stoked about that.
Well done, sir. Got to keep it going, so we can do the KMA to Pilot Light walk at Big Ears 2025.

End of September Update:
I’m down to 205 and should hit my soft goal of 200 lbs. by III Points. At that point it’ll be 42 lbs. lost since June. I did my first festival since then and honestly a lot easier. I was less winded and had enough energy to go later. III Points will be the test though since it goes to 4 AM 😂
Moved my goal post to 175 which I honestly haven’t been since High School. It’s only 15 lbs more and I’m pretty sure I can make that happen. I’ve started exercising which I hadn’t been doing before. Literally just dieting.
This has truly given me the push to change all the bullshit in my life I’ve been talking for years about. Got cosmetic surgery. Said goodbye to my hair and started shaving my head. Finishing up my tattoos.
I’m just amazed at how a little weight loss has pushed me into change.

man that is so awesome congratulations! it's wild how dropping the weight gives us the mental energy to tackle a bunch of other stuff we've been meaning to do.

It’s the push I needed. You start feeling like you’re looking better and wanna change all those things that have been driving you crazy for years.

Congrats! It’s always encouraging/inspiring to read posts in this thread.
I’m looking forward to the day I find the mental energy/capacity to finally decide to lose my extra weight for good

End of October Update:
Stepped off the scales at 196.4. I was hoping for another pound or two but I also realize the back half of this year is going to be severely fucked up. This month alone, I had: 1 festival, another beach trip, 3 birthday parties, and an anniversary. I’m taking this as a win.
