I used to be really into Ozzfest. Went 4 years, but lately its just been awful. The last good year was 2005. Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Mastodon, In Flames, Killswitch Engage, Shadows Fall, Rob Zombie, Arch Enemy, the Haunted. Yum.
2004 was definitely the summit of greatness for Ozzfest. Its been completely downhill since they had Sabbath, Priest, Slayer, Lamb of God, Dimmu Borgir, Darkest Hour, Lacuna Coil, Bleeding Through, Devildriver etc.
I went every year from 97-2006, had some of the funnest times there.. it did get watered down though and i started going to other things like Sounds of the Underground but if there's an Ozzfest close to me and a decent lineup i'm there.

^^^ as time goes on he gets worse though, i seen him twice 2 in he past 2 years and his voice has diminished a lot. good to see twiggy back in the mix though, i hope they record some "antichrist-like" stuff. i miss his late 90's early 2000 stage antics too
I went to my only ozzfest during it's last tour. The line up wasn't that great. I lost my shoes and went home with tons of bruises...I was pushed so many times just for standing. BUT I did have a really good time anyways.
