The tix are SHIPPED on May 30th by UPS 2nd Day Air. You can pay $2 extra for signature required. This means they should arrive by June 1st. For those of us that live close, we may get them on May 31st. I'm dying to actually touch mine too.
Everybody will get them 2 weeks before the festival. this is standard practice at Music Today.

depends, you have to check your receipt. If you paid $12.00 for the shipping charge then you purchased "signature required" (note: this was the DEFAULT option when purchasing tickets) and someone MUST be present at the time of delivery to sign. If you paid $10.00 then you purchased "no signature required" and they will leave them at your door (which I hate btw, I really don't want hundreds of dollars of my money sitting at my doorstep, but that's just me). So yea, check your receipt.
They will send an email out mid-may telling you to check your address and will give you the option to change your address in case you have moved or to be sure someone is there to sign for them.
I think I'm just gonna print my ticket out, like last year, it's an easy way to go, but you gotta HOLD ON TO THAT SH*T! I think I lost it like 3 times last year, once in the car on the way there, forgot it was in the glove compartment.

For you people who have gone to other music festivals, what do their tickets look like? Are they similar to Bonnaroo's? Made of plastic? Bigger or smaller, cool designs? Just curious.

I love the Bonnaroo ticket designs. I have all of mine except from '05, which I lost. I can't wait to see what they do this year. My guess is that they're gonna go with green again, like in '04. Also can't wait to see what they do w/ the wristbands.
In '04, they were green and not sparkly like in '05 and '06, but they used a softer plastic-like material that didn't rub up against your skin uncomfortably like in '05 and '06. I know it may seem like a stupid gripe, but after wearing that shiat for 4 days, you cant wait to get it off. I always end up wearing it for like a week afterwards anyways, though!
But yeah, it seems like the wristbands in '05 and '06 were made from cheaper, thick paper-like material. I hope they bring back the '04 style wristbands, or blow our minds and make new wristbands altogether.
Anyone that went to '02 and '03 remember what the wristbands looked like?

I'm always so sad when I finally cut my arm band off. It's really, officially over then. It's depressing as hell. I wear mine for at least 4 or 5 days before breaking-down and pulling-out the scissors.

Yeah those wristbands in 2004 were like the heavy duty ones they put on you in jail!
