i was planning on renting a standard rv, but a friend has a trailer towed by a pick up truck that i can use much cheaper, is that allowed at bonnaroo w/ a standard rv pass?
It is my understanding (only from reading the rules) that a vehicle with a tow trailer would be considered an RV. The trailer hitch carrier would not be. The rules state
"An RV is defined as any vehicle larger either in length, width or height than a normal sixteen (16) passenger van. All oversized vehicles, trailers, campers that are towed and busses are considered RV’s."
I cannot see a vehicle plus trailer being under 16ft. I've never brought a trailer so I have no 1st hand experience but I thought this should be mentioned. Here's a link. It's under
