so i looked around and couldn't really find anything, i am coming in an rv and was wondering which camp would be closest to centeroo and when and where i should enter to increase my chances of ending up there.

Check out the thread on "Bonnaroo Map", it will show where the RV camping areas are located. I do not know if you will be able to do much to enhance your chances of a close location versus a more distant one. I bet the RV camping lines will be similar to everyone one else. Somewhat random as to where you'll end up.
That is unless you are in VIP, then we at least know where you'll be parked.
Maybe someone with GA RV experience can answer with more clarity, but I have seen nothing in a long time that would lead me to think that the random assignment exists for everyone.
So if you go down 75 to Chattanooga and come back up 24, you'll likely get off either Exit 127 or Exit 112, depending on how THP directs you. After 7am Thursday they often direct traffic off Exit 127.
Not sure where to get gas that way but likely just past Chattanooga.
Here's a map with the RV Areas circled and the likely exits leading to them, though where you end up can be iffy as things fill up. You may be able to just drive past exit 127 and go to Exit 112 which would seem to be best.
I'd also say get to Exit 112 early 6-8am Thur before that area fills and you'd likely end up there.
