Anyone else going to see Leonard Cohen on his North American Tour? I just bought tickets for Hamilton Ont. From what I've heard his shows are amazing and since he's 74, this might be one of the last times he tours.
I just got tickets to see him play in Austin. From what I've heard his show at the Beacon was amazing. Hopefully he'll have the same energy for the tour. I'm beyond excited for this!
I want sooo bad to go see him, but he's not coming very close and I am VERY poor. A 'Roo addition would be perfect!
Tickets were ridiculous for the Canada shows especially. Hamilton's about an hour away so it was the closest, but tickets cost a hundred dollars. I think it should be worth it based on what I've heard of his music and the glowing reviews I always hear when he plays a show.

NPR broadcasted the concert and its on their all songs considered podcast. I had never heard any recording of his concerts, but this absolutely blew me away. Here's the link:

Quack ticketmaster and their quacking American Express pre-sales. I just BARELY got a ticket for the show at the Chicago Theater. I searched the second the clock clicked over to 10am this morning and there were no seats available. After trying for 10 mins a single came up all the way stage right so it's probably obstructed view... but I took it cause I don't want to miss my chance to see Cohen, I've never had a chance before and doubt I will again.
