I'm a first timer and will be driving to Manchester straight from the Phish show in Knoxville Wednesday night.

What time do they start letting people line up at the gates?
What gate do I need to go in to get the best campsite?

Also VIP will get you a good spot, but it is costly

Don't get there when I go there last year 3 am or so (Early thursday morning). The walk to centeroo was well over a mile (If they let us through the what stage entrance it would have saved like 20 minutes each way on the walk. Easily the most annoying part of my roo 08. We're taking an RV this year, so we should have a decent spot.
