Rock City and Ruby Falls are pretty cool up on Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, TN. We've been there a couple times.
Eat at Loveless Cafe West of Nashville (the McCrury Rd Exit).
The Sun Studio tour in Memphis is great ($10) and the Gibson Guitar Factory tour is good too. Oh, and Elvis' house in Memphis, haha. Beale St. obviously!
If you go thru Dyes, AR there is a Johnny Cash Museum.
If anyone comes thru Paragould they are welcome to a hot shower if need be and a meal.
