I'm not sure how extensive the damage to the hotel is but the Super 8 Hotel in Manchester by the Wal-Mart caught on fire tonight. I know many bonnaroo goers reserve rooms there. Some of you guys may want to call down here and make sure the hotel is going to be open for Bonnaroo week. I drove by there and although it looked like every fire truck Manchester had to offer was there, the damage didnt look to bad. Again, just a heads up incase some of you need to change plans.
Coming from someone who works in a hotel, hold your calls for a couple of weeks. A) They're more focused on their guests, their associates and their property right now and B) They won't know what kind of shape they are in long-term for a little while.
I just hope no one got hurt -- hotel fires can be deadly.
